An e-Bill comes directly from the biller to your Personal Online Banking service and allows you to view balances, transactions, finance charges and other statement information as you would a paper bill. In addition, you will need to have activated your Secure Access Card, an additional layer of identification designed to protect your identity online. Once you access your account using your Secure Access Card, please click on the “Bill Pay” option where you will be able to complete enrollment to the service.
