If you are already a Mercantil Commercebank Personal Online Banking customer, simply log in, click on the Special Services menu and select i-wire Transfers, i-wire Transfer Application and follow the step-by-step instructions on how to enroll.
¹ You must be registered with i-wire prior to initiating an electronic i-wire transfer. Wires for less than $100,000 must be initiated by 4:00 pm EST for same day delivery. Wires for more than $100,000 must be initiated by 3:30 pm EST for same day delivery. Internal third party transfers must be submitted before
4:00 pm EST for same day delivery. Wire transfers initiated after these cut-off times will be processed the business day following submittal.
2 All wire transfers are subject to balance availability. Any request submitted after 4:00 p.m. EST, will require a value date of the next business day. For security proposes upon receipt of a wire transfer request, Mercantil Commercebank may contact you to obtain additional verification if necessary.
