Just think of all of the time you’ll save banking over the telephone! Thanks to Mercantil Commercebank’s Telephone Banking system, you’ll be able to:

  • Inquire about the status of your accounts:

    - Current and available balances
    - Last seven debits
    - Last seven checks
    - Last four deposits
    - Dollar amount and date of payment on a specific check
    - Year-to-date and prior year interest earned and paid
    - CD balances and maturity dates
  • Review the status of loan(s)

  • Check Mercantil Commercebank’s banking center locations, hours of operations, and ATM locations

  • Speak to a customer service representative when you call between the hours of 7 a.m. and 12 midnight, Monday through Sunday, U.S. EST.

All you need is your account number and your PIN (Personal Identification Number), and Telephone Banking will provide you with the information you need about your accounts at Mercantil Commercebank. The first time you access Telephone Banking you will need to choose a 4-digit PIN. Once you select your PIN, or anytime you change it thereafter, you will receive a confirmation notice from Mercantil Commercebank.
