Access the Internet address where Clientrade is located at Mercantil Commercebank.
If Java configuration is correct user should see the following screen.

If user is redirected to other screen, than the above one, the Java applet must be loaded into his machine. To load the Java applet please follow the steps below.
Access the Internet address http://www.java.com/

After selecting the option Downloads; The following screen will appear:

Following the on screen instructions, client should successfully install the Java Applet. If so, they should be able to see the verify screen below:

If successful they will see the "Congratulations" message:

User must close all Internet explorer windows and restart the computer. After restarting, open the Internet exploer window.

Go to Tools/ Internet Options/ Advanced/ scroll down to Java Sun option, verified is checked, verify also that the Java login option is enabled, and then press the OK button.

After pressing OK button, user should try to enter the Trader Services Online login screen through our website at www.mercantilcb.com.

If successful, they should see the following prompts and screens:

Meaning that the Trade Services Online web start process has finished, applet has been loaded, and requires closing all Internet explorer windows and re-entering into the TSO address.

When prompted with a message of "Application's digital signature has an error" hit "Run" and then the log in screen will appear.

After entering log in name and password information correctly, user will see the following:

If logged successfully user will see the TSO first screen. Select "Desired transaction status" and "Created by".
