Low Doc Program
For loans under $150,000 to companies with less than 100 employees and annual revenues of less than $5 Million, the SBA offers a special "Low Doc" program. The program streamlines the lending process, requiring the completion of a simple one-page application form.


504 Loans
Under this unique program, Mercantil Commercebank and the SBA offer businesses the opportunity to obtain financing for the purchase of real estate that will be at least 51% owner-occupied. Available with terms of up to 20 years, this program, in conjunction with Mercantil Commercebank financing, allows businesses to finance up to 90% of total project costs.


CapLine
Designed to provide lines of credit to small businesses in need of operating capital, a CapLine account can be used to finance inventory or to consolidate short-term debt.


Minority Small Business
Designed for businesses that are at least 51% owned by an individual who is a socially or economically disadvantaged citizen of the United States.
