MERCANTIL COMMERCEBANK NAMES BOYAN MINTCHEV
VICE PRESIDENT CORPORATE LENDING PRODUCTS MANAGER

Mercantil Commercebank, one of the largest privately held banks in South Florida, has appointed Boyan Mintchev as Vice President Corporate Lending Products Manager. He is based in the Bank’s Corporate Headquarters located at 220 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables.
Boyan Mintchev joined the Bank two years ago as a Senior Credit Analyst within the Corporate Banking Unit. With over nine years of experience in Corporate Banking and finance, Boyan Mintchev’s expertise has earned him a promotion to Vice President within the institution. He is now in charge of spearheading the Bank’s corporate lending products development, and supporting Relationship Managers in originating, structuring, and executing trade related and corporate financing transactions for clients.

Prior to joining Mercantil Commercebank, Boyan Mintchev worked within Burger King Corporation’s Business Development Group, leading acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings of restaurants nation-wide. He also held relevant positions of increasing responsibility with other financial institutions in the area of Corporate Banking.
Boyan Mintchev earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Florida International University. Currently, he is a Level III candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program. He is fluent in Bulgarian, English, Spanish, German, French, and Russian and was educated in Bulgaria, Egypt, Belgium, and Spain.
